  • Perform a patch test before full application to check for allergies or sensitivities.
  • Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

3. Order & Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our official website.
  • We accept online payments via secure payment gateways.
  • Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed after dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We process and ship orders within 2-3 business days of purchase.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days depending on location.
  • Shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, lockdowns, etc.) are not our responsibility.

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • We offer a 7-day return policy only if the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to request a return.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
